I’m very frustrated currently so i apologize if this does not make sense. I have had nothing but issues since i got this membership. Delivery issues ranging from. Items that say able to be delivered. And they charge for it right then and there. All of sudden the sec before the head out with your order. Now not being able to be delivered. So either they don’t check before or have a terrible inventory system. Terrible cancel policy’s on delivery. Awful automated system. If you want a real person it take 45min to get someone. When i got someone, thier service was so bad i could only hear every 3rd word. Then when i voiced i couldn’t hear her. She hung up. No call back so as i am writing this. I have been on hold for 30min still no rep. And if you do get through and want a refund. They give you Sam’s Club cash so you’re forced to continue to use them. This is some friendly advice just do any other membership. The price for what services i have gotten so far are just not worth it.

Ezekiel, one of the salesman that try to get you to upgrade your membership, has been the reason that my family dreads going into Joplin Sam's Club. My first interaction with Ezekiel was about 2 months ago where he refused to leave me and my friend alone. He was touching our screen as we were checking out and would not listen to us when we said "No" 20 times. Since then I have seen him a lot in Sam's Club at the checkout and he has approached us every time doing the same exact thing and not listening to us after saying "No". One day I went in with my boyfriend and after about 5 minutes of his unwanted pestering I told him to leave us alone and that we did not want to be approached by him again. After hearing this, Ezekiel got defensive and rude and told me he is just doing his job. Ezekiel, If your job is harassing customers, you'd be employee of the month. Today, my boyfriend went into Sam's Club to buy his mother flowers. Ezekiel approached him and said "Oh I remember you" and talked to him about upgrading his membership once again. My boyfriend said that it was his Mom's membership just to get Ezekiel to go away. After hearing this, Ezekiel told him to leave because he was using

On June 20, 2026 I was traveling from Illinois back to my home in Tulsa. My tire blew out on I44 20 miles outside Joplin. After roadside assistance replaced my tire with the spare doughnut, I needed to get new tires. My husband called Sam’s in Joplin and spoke with Mason. He checked to make sure they had the right size tires in stock before I ventured with my spare “tire” and hazard lights flashing on the Interstate. He and his entire team jumped into action upon my arrival. They were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I received outstanding customer service. I appreciate their efforts to get me safely back on the road home. Thank you very much Mason and crew! You all are rock stars❤️

Love the wholesale pricing! We get some of our food and household supplies here to save money. The associates are always very friendly and helpful. When we order pickup, they are always quick at bringing orders out as well!

Update - Watch what you sell, Sams. Customers watch what you buy. Recently bought a bag of sea salt pistachios! Rotten. I love coming here! I've been a member for sometime. I am impressed by the neat and organized atmosphere. Everything is meticulously placed in its designated spot. The staff is diligent and attentive, promptly addressing any needs or concerns. Moreover, I appreciate a restaurant or business that prioritizes cleanliness, including deep cleaning. This dedication to excellence is truly commendable.
